a revelation: stevia in the salad dressing.

dijon, salt, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and stevia.

amazing. especially on my salty, smokey salad of kale, arugula, cucumber, tomatoes, smoked cheese and turkey bacon.

  1. Hey, I have an almost identical dressing I use for my wheat berry, apple, and bacon salad with caramelized shallots and arugula. Similar flavor profiles, I guess. I use a little powdered sugar in place of the stevia, and dry mustard and paprika. Love it!

  3. I use sweet for that recipe, since the bacon provides lovely smokiness. But I bet smoked would work well.
